From 13 July 2024, we're no longer offering new tradesperson and professionals policies. 

If you're an existing customer, we'll write to you before your renewal with everything you need to know.

No, you can still make a claim for something you haven’t already claimed for as long as it happened during the insurance period and is covered by your policy.

If you have an ongoing claim, it won’t be affected. Our claims team will help you as normal. You can call them on 0345 878 8195. We’re open between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. We’re closed on Bank Holidays.

You’re still insured until the date your policy ends. Check your policy documents to find out the exact date. After that, you will need to get insurance from another provider.

You can contact our friends at Direct Line for a tradesperson/professionals insurance quote.

If you have any other Churchill policies, such as motor or home insurance, they will continue as normal. Your Tradesperson or Professionals insurance is the only policy affected.

Before your policy’s renewal date, we’ll contact you to let you know that it’s ending. We’ll write to you, send you an email or get in touch through your online account. We’ll also send you a reminder closer to your renewal date.
