Full terms and conditions

The Prize draw Is available to Customers who receive a quote for any new Churchill Van Insurance policy, direct (not via 3rd party intermediaries like Price Comparison Websites) via phone or Web, and purchases within the quote validity period of 30 days between 01/03/23 - 31/05/23.

To be entered into the draw you must be 21 years or over, a U.K. Resident, all your payments must be up to date and you’ll need to supply a valid email address when you purchase.

Customers will have the option to opt out of the prize draw by following the ’Unsubscribe’ link with the ‘What happens next email’ sent approximately 30 days after your policy start date. Timeframes on when you must opt out by will be stipulated within the email, and any attempts to opt out beyond the date will not be honoured.

Eligible customers will automatically be entered into the Prize draw for the month following the policy start date.

By entering the prize draw, the entrants confirm they have read, accepted, and agreed to be bound to the Terms and Conditions of which the application instructions form part.

Five winners will be selected per month (Runs for March, April and May 2023). Winners will be randomly selected via a random number generator. The adjudicator’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The winners will be contacted by email within 30 days of the draw, with information on when they will receive their Amazon.co.uk Gift Card via email. The Amazon.co.uk Gift Card will need to be redeemed on Amazon.co.uk. If the customers premium is over £1000, we will send multiple Amazon.co.uk Gift Cards to cover the full premium.
The T&Cs for the Amazon.co.uk Gift Card

The Amazon.co.uk Gift Card will be for the whole value of their premium including add-ons and IPT. Winners who pay annually at the start of their policy will still be billed. Winners who pay for their premium monthly, via direct debit, will continue to be billed each month.

The offer is promoted, administered and managed by U K Insurance Limited trading as Churchill Insurance, registered office: The Wharf, Neville Street, Leeds LS1 4AZ. Registered in England and Wales, No. 1179980.

Events may occur that render the event itself or awarding the Prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of Churchill and the entrant agrees that Churchill has no liability.

Churchill reserve the right at its absolute discretion to disqualify entries which it considers do not comply with these terms and conditions or any participant who it reasonably believes has interfered with the fair running of this prize draw.

Churchill reserve the right to alter, amend or foreclose the prize draw without prior notice.

The winners will also be announced on the Churchill website. Only their first and last name will be included.

Entrants will receive an email approximately 30 days after your policy start date letting you have been entered. The email will be sent from noreply@churchillbusiness.co.uk and if you can’t find it in your inbox, be sure to check your junk, spam folders too.

How do I opt out?
If you are sure you’d like to opt out of the chance of winning the Amazon.co.uk Gift Card. You can click on the ‘opt out’ link within your ‘what happens next’ email. You will only have a certain timeframe to do so, so make sure you read the email carefully.

When will I find out I’ve won?
Draws will take place monthly. Entrants will be entered into the draw in the month following their policy start date. Winners will then receive an email within 30 days of the draw taking place to confirm they’ve won and details on when they can expect their Amazon.co.uk Gift Card to be sent via email.

How do I get my prize?
If you are lucky enough to win a prize, we will send you an email within 30 days with information on how you will receive the Amazon.co.uk Gift Card which you can redeem on Amazon.co.uk.

Can I stop my direct debit instead of receiving a Amazon.co.uk Gift Card?
No, winners will receive the annual premium as a separate, one-off Amazon.co.uk Gift Card. You’ll continue to be billed each monthly (If you pay monthly)
